We will dispatch your order as soon possible, in any case we will endeavour to despatch your order within 14 days of receiving payment, (stock permitting).
Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same day by First Class Recorded Delivery Mail and should be delivered within 48 hours. Please note that this is not guaranteed and some parcels may take a little longer to reach you due to postal delays or during busy periods, such as Christmas.
Orders received Saturday, Sunday or on a Bank or Public Holiday are generally dispatched on the next working day.
Large orders may be sent by Courier
Please ensure that someone will be available to accept deliver and sign for your parcel. If in the event that no one is present, a card will be left requesting that you contact Royal Mail or the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection.
Delivery outside the
Orders are normally shipped via Airmail to the destination country and then by the local postal system once it has reached the destination country. Parcels sent to Europe take approximately 5 – 7 days, parcels sent to the

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for postal delays as this is beyond our control.
Where your parcel is not delivered within the stated timescales which we have quoted above, it will be assumed that it is delayed within the postal system until it has not been received for 10 working days. Royal Mail does not consider a parcel to be lost until it has been within the postal system for 10 working days. Please note, that we are unable to despatch a replacement until after 10 working days has elapsed.
If your parcel has not been delivered after 10 working days please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be despatched to you.
Delivery Instructions: if you have requested that your parcel is left in a safe place (i.e. with a neighbour) please check this area to see if the parcel is there.
Please Note: We are unable to deliver items to a PO Box Address.

Cancelling Your Order:
Should you wish to cancel your order, (as long as your order has not been despatched by us), simple e-mail us on: rescuewb@btconnect.com

Should you wish to cancel after your parcel has been despatched, either refuse to accept the goods at the time of delivery or alternatively, accept the parcel (item must be in a re-saleable condition) and return it to us unopened with all security seals intact. We will refund your monies minus any postage and packaging cost incurred by us. You can expect your refund to be provided in the same form as you made your original payment, within 5 days of receiving your returned item.

Returning an Item:
1. Your Despatch Note must be returned with your item
2. Please indicate on the Dispatch Note why you are returning the item
3. Parcel the good up and take to the Post Office
4. Please request a Certificate of Postage and retain this as your proof of postage
Note: If your return item goes missing in the post and you do not have a Certificate of Postage, I am afraid we will be unable to process your refund.
